Join us for these Mintonette Strength all-sports small group training sessions! You do not need to be a volleyball player or on a Mintonette club team to participate.

These sessions will help your athlete increase overall athletic performance and reduce injury. This accelerated class will work cohesively, with the regular schedule team training and provide extra time to focus on specific muscle groups.

Sessions will consist of:

• Stretching/muscle activation 
• Core strengthening 
• Endurance
• Agility 
• Explosiveness 
• Nutrition and recovery
• Corrective strength exercises 
• And so much more in a fun and high-energy environment

Grades: 3rd-4th & 5th-6th

Junior Mints is a great introduction to volleyball! This class is focused on volleyball FUNdamentals and is geared toward those new to the sport or those needing to sharpen their skills. No prior volleyball or VolleyTots experience is necessary! 

Each player will receive a "swag bag" that includes all equipment necessary to participate during sessions and play at home!

About: 

Future Mints (grades 5-6) is for experienced athletes who have played on an organized school or club team, or have graduated from Junior Mints. This class is for those players who have the intention of playing on a team this upcoming school or club season. Future Mints will focus on improving personal volleyball and athletic skills through advanced drills. Prior organized volleyball playing experience is required.

Each player will receive a "swag bag" that includes all equipment necessary to participate during sessions and play at home! 

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 

• 12U-14s: 6-7pm
• 15s-18s: 7-8pm

Saturdays: 

• 12U-14s: 9:30-10:30am

These Club M training sessions will cover all volleyball skills and are open to athletes of any experience level. Athletes can register for sessions individually, they do not need to commit to the whole month.

If you played for another club during the 2023-24 club season, your season should be complete before attending these sessions.

Athletes can register for dates individually, they do not need to commit to the whole series.

Teams will compete in this mini-tournament to determine the 4v4 sand champ! Teams are guaranteed at least 4 matches: 

• 2 pool play "matches" (2 sets to 15)
• 1 challenge match (best 2 of 3 sets)
• Single-elimination tournament 

Players will register as teams of at least 4 (we suggest no more than 6). If you're an individual who wants to play but doesn't have a team, email info@mintonettesports.com.

This tournament will have boys and girls divisions for grades 6-10.

Mintonette is excited to announce our Fall Boys 4 vs 4 Blind Draw Series!

Players will register as a doubles team or as an individual. Each night there will be a "blind draw" to determine teams of 4. Teams will play with each other the entire night, with new teams each date! Matches can be best two sets to 15 points or one set to 25, depending on the number of teams entered each night.

The goal of the night is to PLAY and have FUN! 

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE COACHED, THIS IS PICKUP PLAY ONLY.

You do not need to be on a Mintonette Sports team to participate.
